I come with a strong science background as a graduate of Microbiology from the University of New Hampshire. I started my career as a Quality Control Lab Tech in an organic yogurt manufacturer. I switched gears at Charm by providing Technical Support for all Charm equipment and software. I find my current role as Account Manager of Midwest/Northeast customers very rewarding. Addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships is essential.
