DPC 35, Outline for Dairy Plant Waste Management
Item #: DPC-035
This is a general basic guideline covering the practice of controlling waste loading in a dairy plant environment. It is meant to serve as a basic outline for processing plants to assist them in developing a more comprehensive plan for controlling their dairy waste stream.
The Laboratory & Q.C. Procedures Task Force decided that the previously revised guideline, printed in 1990, needed to be simplified to be effective because of the various state regulations that affect the implementation at dairy facilities.
