This guideline was developed to educate farmers, veterinarians and milk quality specialists on somatic cell counts (SCC) in the milking of cattle. It is particularly useful to farmers with a high SCC problem who rapidly need to deal with that problem. The guideline presents both mastisis prevention and SCC management.
